Major Update!

Supply Chain Disruptions

Thinks are changing here due to whats happening across America. As you can imagine, a lot of supplies are needed to operate a prison and those supplies have been reduced due to shortages at warehouses and reduced workforce as people either get sick or decide to self isolate to avoid getting sick.

So this has reduced the supplies being delivered to the prison. No one is starving yet, but changes are being implemented to avoid that from occurring.

Internet Bandwidth Issues

Internet has basically become useless in here as everyone is trying to video chat friends and family at the same time.

Also, 3rd parties have live video access to our cells and now that they are home a lot more, they are all watching their live feeds all day which drains the bandwidth even more.

They were planning on implementing a shift system, where prisoners would only have access during certain times of the day as well as limited cell viewing for 3rd parties, but due to the supply chain issue, they are moving towards more drastic measures.

Furloughs will soon be offered to all prisoners and 3rd parties who wish to participate…

Delays due to Staff Distancing

At first I didnt think I would want to participate in this offer, but I almost have to, because the cost of my new cell is much higher than the original cell and due to the new delay in getting the vlog approved, since I am not allowed to meet with legal, me and my girlfriend believe its the best option for me to take this furlough offer, since it will pause my sentence.

Furlough

That is if they even give me the option. I broke a lot of rules the last time I was given furlough, which resulted in punishment…

But if they do allow me to participate in this furlough offer, I will be taking it.

My girlfriend is out of work right now and doesnt know if she will be going back, due to possible lay offs, I might need to help out financially, since I worked from my home studio before, it will help out if I can do that again until I am recalled back to the prison.

I dont even know if I will have that much work, but while in here, I am not getting any at all, so even if its minimal, its more than nothing. Also, my girlfriend is missing me more than ever, now that she is cooped up at home every day…

There were rumors that this might be happening and at the time, I was not ready to take that leap, since I just got into my cell after all this time, I dont really want to leave now… But as always, it really comes down to financial issues.

If they keep delaying my meetings with legal, I will be released before I get a chance to start the vlog…

I dont know why this has been such an up hill battle, but its a battle I am going to continue to fight until it happens and accepting furlough is the best way to insure the vlog at this time, since while I am on furlough, my sentence is paused, so I am not just sitting in here waiting for them schedule me for my meetings with legal…

Again, I dont even know if I will be offered furlough, but if I am, I will take it.

Update

… I wrote this a few days ago, since they are still scheduling me 5 minutes to post these and I wanted it ready to go when they did… In fact, I had written a whole other blog post and this one replaced it, while waiting…

But they have already started the furlough offers and many prisoners have already accepted and begun processing out.

Those who have accepted furlough are having their suspension chains removed as staff are rushing to prepare them to leave.

I was offered furlough and I have accepted, my girlfriend received a PDF contract this time, to expedite the process, they arent mailing them this time…

She printed it out and signed it and scanned it to email back.

She isnt working now, so she will be driving across the country to get me.

Because of the previous arrangement, my shackles will remain on, but they have already scheduled me for tomorrow to have my suspension chain removed.

So this is happening pretty quick… The goal is for my girlfriend to pick me up next on Wednesday the 1st… Which is also April Fools day, I hope this doesnt all turn out to be a big joke on the prisoners. 😛

I should be home by Saturday the 4th…

I have mixed feelings about this, but as usual, its not really a choice for me, if I want to do the vlog, I need to pause my sentence until they are able to schedule my hearings with legal and get this shit moving forward again…

Also, while there are ample numbers of prisoners accepting furlough, it does worry me that they are taking such drastic measures in such a short period of time. With internet being spotty and the idea of starving in my cell, are things that I would rather avoid at this time…

On the bright side, I will be home and can continue the vlogs from there while on furlough again.

I am still on embargo, so I wont be able to talk about my time in the new cell, but I can talk about my time before being moved to the new cell as well as my time in the mandatory labor program.

All this has really messed up my time frame… again… But oh well, at least this delay means that the vlog will still happen… Eventually.

Finally back online!

Hey every body, this is Prisoner 830506 and this is the first time I have been allowed to post in a long time.

I hope everyone is well… I had my hearing with the prison board concerning my vlog and they have passed my case to the legal department. This is good and bad, since I wont have to go through the major discomfort of having regular board hearings. The bad part is that I wanted them to just say YES and instead I will be required to have several hearings with legal instead…

The other bad is that due to this stupid covid-19 crap, temporary policies were enacted this week, which have further delayed that process as well.

The prison is pretty safe as far as social distancing is involved, since we are all pretty much locked up in solitary confinement, except the newer plural imprisoned inmates, but even then, they are isolated together in groups of 4.

In addition, we only come in contact with PLWs on a daily basis, Prison Labor Workers, who work along side other prisoners, who are also isolated when they are not working.

However, there are instances when prisoners come in contact with staff and this is where things are changing. Because staff members leave the prison, they are more likely to infect others in the prison, so an emergency provision has been implemented which drastically reduces contact with staff members.

They have moved the PSA (Prison Security Agents) into the punishment cells to replace staff that worked there previously, which is not a good thing for the prisoners down there. PSA are prisoners under the prison labor program, they are the only PLWs that are required NOT to be permanently shackled for this reason.

They replaced the guards in the main cell blocks after the mass firing of abusive staff… They have operated under strict rules, they can only enter a cell that has been flagged for inspection by the computer. While they are working in that capacity, they are encouraged to make it a really hard time for the prisoner.

They are working as full time security in the punishment cells now… Luckily I am no longer in the punishment cells.

They have also suspended all re-processing and other activities involving staff contact with prisoners.

So far, no one has shown any symptoms and because of that buffer between those who leave the prison and those who are in isolation, I doubt anyone will ever see it in here.

The biggest issue here is the longer wait before I can vlog, because of this new policy, I wont be meeting with legal until its lifted…

On the other hand, everything is becoming routine, I am still in my new cell, they have moved me from restroom duty in the administration section to working dish washer in the kitchen. I go to that job every day after breakfast. I am still chained to the same girl and we are not allowed to talk, but I can tell that she is no longer in the punishment cells, so thats good for her.

They are only giving me 5 minutes on this scheduled outside communication, which is far too short to do much, but knowing that its coming up later in the day, I can write this now and then copy/paste it when I am scheduled.

I dont know how often I will be scheduled, only that it will be scheduled now. This is the first time I have seen it on my daily agenda. I hope its going to be daily, but somehow I feel its going to be more like weekly.

My girlfriend isnt allowed to record our calls, even though I talk to her almost every day now, so we arent sure if I will be able to do a youtube update until legal decides to give me permission to vlog.

My girlfriend and I haved talked about it and she might release a video with only text, since not many youtube fans are reading these blogs.

Oh, another change, they replaced a bunch of the glass panels in the footprint authentication panels, because they get scratched up over time by our chains, since no prisoner is allowed out of their cell without their feet shackled.

They implemented mandatory suspension tether for all prisoners. It was implemented in two ways. Temporary and permanent. Prisoners who wear permanent shackles or are being punished with long term shackling now have a chain that connects to the center of the link of the chain that connects their ankles and runs up between their legs and wraps around their waist.

This is very similar to the way I chained myself during the early days of permanent shackling. Just like back then, these suspension chains are permanent. So I get to wear that added chain 24 hours a day now. Just like the first time, it took a few days to get used to sleeping with it around my waist, but it reduces the weight of the shackles against my ankles and makes a lot less noise than dragging my shackle chain on the floor with every step.

Its a lot more weight, since I am wearing a lot more chain, but just like before, I prefer it. The only reason the tether chain was removed while permanently shackled at home, is that my girlfriend liked the way it looked to watch me dragging the chain between my feet with every step. That was her decision to remove it.

There are 3 types of permanent suspension chain, because prior to this new mandate, which was implemented to reduce the scratches on the new glass, has been used as punishment in the past, because of the added weight of the chain and the permanent added restraint of wearing it around your waist 24 hours a day.

So there are 3 different types of chains that are being used, light, medium and heavy. Because of my status in the prison, I was given the medium chain, which is basically the same kind of chain that connects my ankle shackles, its a lot heavier than the chain I was used to before.

There are some prisoners who have the heavy chain, but it seems that they are matching the suspension chain with the chain between our ankles, because those with heavy chains were already wearing the heavier chain between their ankles. While prisoners who are wearing temporary long term shackles, which are usually the rounded steel shackles, similar to the ones I started my permanent shackling project are getting the lighter chain, similar to the one I wore at home.

While it is a lot heavier, the only time I really feel it is during my mandatory prison labor, which is only about 3 hours per day, most of the time I am sitting or laying in my cell, so the weight is not pulling against my waist.

I dont know how long they will keep us in the suspension tether, but according to prisoners who have been here a long time, this is normal, they do this every time they change out the glass panels and it usually lasts a year or less. So I expect to wear it until my release, which will be sooner now that the vlog is delayed further and the cost of this new cell was more expensive than our original plan…

I think its likely I will be here for at least a year though, possibly longer once we get the vlog started.

But for now, I hope everyone is well during this plague. I will try to update every time they allow me time.

Bye for now.

Emails are restricted again.

Six received his hearing date with the prison board to find out when he can start vlogging.  When he got the date, they restricted his outgoing access.

He is unable to post here or answer emails now.

I am trying to get a hold of his case worker to restore his privileges while he waits for his hearing.

He is pretty annoyed by the sudden lock down, as am I.

Blackout Mode and emails

I want to thank everyone who has stuck with me through all of this, its more important than ever to know that I have supporters out there.  It makes me excited to start vlogging from this cell, I know you will be impressed.

However, I have yet to get a hearing with the prison board and the embargo is really annoying.

I am getting really good emails at ShackledBareFeet@hotmail.com, please keep them coming, I very much want to talk about my imprisonment so far, its very therapeutic.

However, please be aware that I can only update here or answer emails if they remove the blackout, unblocking me from sending out text…

So, if I dont answer your emails right away, please do not take it personal, its nothing you said, its not you… Between my mandatory labor, which is performed every day, 7 days a week and trying to get a staff member to unblock me and monitor my communications to answer emails and post here, its harder than I expected.

Sometimes, they unblock me long enough to answer one email, other times, i get a whole hour, sometimes, I wait hours and never get unblocked.

So it seems completely random, I am literally at the mercy of whoever choose to supervise me.  But thats the way it is in prison…

I am very happy to get emails, even if I dont respond to them immediately, as you would expect, since I am imprisoned and have nothing better to do on a daily basis, I am still able to read your emails and prepare a response for when I am unblocked.

I dont want this to sound like I am complaining about Facility 5 staff, every minute I am given, is a gift and I know that.  Its completely up to them how long i can be unblocked and what I can say while I am unblocked.

I have had a few situations where I was reprimanded and placed back into blackout mode.  But I am learning as I go and its getting better.

So far, I haven’t been punished for any embargo violations, so I appreciate that they are being lenient with me, by giving me warnings, so I can learn what I can and cant say or do.

But again, I appreciate that support and keep the emails coming!

MAJOR UPDATE!

dirty shackled bare feet on glass

This is Six and I am writing this from my new cell at Facility 5! The theme of this update is my feet on glass, since I am using Footprint Authentication Panels all the time now.

I was moved into my new lower level luxury cell yesterday and just got white listed this morning and I can say that I am very happy to be out of consolidated confinement!

dirty shackled bare feet on glass 3

EMBARGO

I am currently under a very strict embargo.  While I have pre-arranged permission to contact the outside as I am right now thanks to the agreement I have with Facility 5, that pre-dates my actual imprisonment.

This arrangement allows me to blog and later vlog from my prison cell, however, the embargo period restricts me from talking about anything that has happened since my feet touched the floor of this new cell.

I am allowed to explain this further, by saying that I have been white listed for this site as well as my email web page, with outgoing data restricted to active monitoring.

This means that while I can go to these web sites and read at any time, outside of lights out, I can only send outgoing text to these sites when a staff member is available to monitor my outgoing data.

Every time I attempt to send a message through this site or my email, a popup dialog box appears on the screen that locks out my entire display with everything shaded, informing me that I am in blackout.

My entire machine is locked until a staff member releases the black out and then a new window appears, informing me that communications are currently being actively monitored.

If I type anything that the staff member doesn’t approve, my screen will lock again, and either part or all that I typed will be erased.

So I am under strict rules at this time.

I can not talk about anything new, from this point forward until I have I have had a hearing with the prison board and it must be a full board, which only meets once a month.

I have petitioned for a full board hearing, but have not been given a date yet.

In the mean time, I can talk about almost anything that has occurred before my imprisonment in this cell.  I say almost, because there are things that I am not allowed to talk about and I cant even reveal what those things pertain to.

So keep in mind that while you are able to read this, I am being censored by Facility 5.

That being said, they are being very lenient with what I can say about everything I have endured since my first day of imprisonment, mostly because most of that information is already been revealed in one form or another prior to my embargo and they cant retroactively restrict information that is already been disseminated publicly.

I am allowed to talk about my mandatory labor, because this was information that was revealed before my imprisonment in the new cell.

I can talk about the details of the 88 days of consolidated confinement… However, while I have mentioned some of the details in the past, I have felt very embarrassed afterwards, so I am probably not going to go into too much detail, except in personal emails.

Lets just say, there is a lot that goes on when you are chained by your ankles to two other prisoners in a 4ft by 8ft cell, 24 hours a day for 88 straight days… Most of which would be something I would be embarrassed to talk about before my imprisonment and that became so normalized for me on a daily basis now, that its something that I might blurt out without thinking in a vlog…

To be clear, I am not gay and being chained to male prisoners, sometimes naked,  in a tiny concrete box is not my idea of a sexual fantasy.  However when you are kept in that situation, very uncomfortable and forced together like that 24 hours a day for 88 straight days, you work it out.

So if you want details, you can email me at shackledbarefeet@hotmail.com.

Remember, I am only allowed to reply to emails when the blackout mode is released, and I do have mandatory labor every single day as well, so just because I am locked up, I may not always be able to respond immediately to emails.

NO MORE VLOGS FOR NOW

I can not go into detail, in fact, this blog was already censored with a threat to delete it all, for this part.  So I am going to try to explain this without giving details…

My current situation no longer allows for phone calls to my girlfriend, in the holding cell where I used to update you from prison.  BECAUSE THERE IS NO LONGER A NEED…

Because of the embargo, nothing but text can leave this cell, and only when approved by through active monitoring…

So read between the lines…

However, my girlfriend has already mailed all my vloging stuff to the prison.  But until I get permission from the board, all of that stuff will be held up by internal security.  So no more vlogs until further notice…

In addition, because of my embargo, I am only white listed for this site and email.  While I can go to youtube, watch videos and read comments, I can not upload video (OBVIOUSLY) or even reply to comments… 😦

POST CONSOLIDATED CONFINEMENT

The conditions in the consolidated confinement cells are almost to the levels that they were before my furlough.  Less muddy, but same humidity and you have no idea how good it is to be out of there.

However, I am having feelings similar to when I was first released on furlough.  I think its because I got so used to the strict confinement and the constant physical contact that, now I am feeling… Its hard to explain… Because there are such conflicting feelings…

One one hand, I am so happy to be out, on the other hand, I miss the way it was before the humidity issue.  I feel a sense of loneliness and isolation with an odd feeling of missing out… I know it doesn’t make sense, but after 88 days in consolidated confinement, now that I am out, knowing that I am not going back, unless I go back for punishment, I feel like I just broke up with my girlfriend, kind of feeling.

Its weird not being chained to two other prisoners and now I am all alone in a much larger space with no one to talk to, or at least not face to face.

Being chained by my ankles to the feet of two other prisoners for almost 3 months, also creates a co-dependency on some level, my feet were always in direct contact with the feet of other prisoners, I was part of a unit and now I am just… me… alone…

I know this will pass, but I thought it would be important to express these feelings as they occur.

It sounds stupid to miss something that I also hated most of the time…  Just saying it makes me feel stupid, because it doesn’t make sense…

The loneliness is not something that I can define exactly either.  I am more connected than ever before now, with prison community system and that other thing I hinted at, being that I dont have to go to a holding cell ***CENSORED***

Blah, anyway…

MANDATORY LABOR AND RESTRICTION

As mentioned before…  As part of my girlfriends deal with Facility 5 to get me into this cell, I had to be placed on permanent restriction.

This means that I am literally slave class in the prison and part of this enslavement requires me to perform mandatory labor.  Its filthy work, but its only about 2 to 3 hours per day, every single day.

I am technically under PLP (Prison Labor Program), so as with all PLWs (Prison Labor Workers), I will not get any days off.

Unlike a normal PLW, if I miss a day, its a major violation and I go back to the punishment cells with possible dungeon time.

So, I have to work every single day, without a break from now until I am released.

While I have been performing this labor for like a week now, yesterday was the first day I performed it from my new cell and it was WAY BETTER!

First of all, after working, I didnt have to be placed in a holding cell for several hours, then after that, I didnt have to stand on a Footprint Authentication Panel for several more hours while waiting for an escort back to the punishment cells.

So instead of before, where my 2 hour shift turned into an 8 hour pain in the ass, I was alerted to go to work and then after work, I went straight back to my new cell to rest… It was really nice, coming back to this cell after washing toilets with my bare hands, with nothing but a rag and a bucket of soapy water…

I really wish I could tell you more about my new cell, but I guess it will be better when I get permission and I can actually show you.

I am so anxious for that day and I am sure you are all very sick of waiting at this point…

I am not excited about being on permanent restriction.  Its going to make my time in here very hard.  I am already programmed to be a model prisoner, with almost 3 months in Consolidated Confinement and previous time in the dungeon, when authority tell me to jump, there is no thought involved, I do what I am told.

The problem is that even a model prisoner can accrue punishment points, which is why prisoners level 1-5 get negative points they an use to avoid punishment.  I wont have any negative points, no matter how obedient I am, every punishment point will go towards punishment.

I already have enough points to put me back in the punishment cells for 10 days, they are just hanging over my head waiting to be used by Mother, staff member or PLW that I encounter.

Mother, the computer system that basically controls the prisoners while we are in our cells, can randomly select prisoners with points and initiate punishment cell time, so even if I dont piss someone off, it could happen at any time.

From what I understand from other prisoners, that Mother doesnt go after you unless you piss her off.  One of the ways to piss her off is if you dont respond quickly to her scan requests.

dirty shackled bare feet on glass 2

STANDING DETENTION

NOT NEW INFORMATION:  As I have mentioned before, prisoners are required to stand on the footprint authentication in their cells at random times throughout the day, this is usually initiated at random, by Mother.

Originally set up for training the footprint authentication system, by scanning footprints all day long and learning from its mistakes, it was kept in place, because it created a situation where prisoners were more obedient, being forced to perform tasks all day, rather than allowed to sit around and complain.

Its a form of obedience training and if you take your time getting to the panel, Mother will start looking at you for “CORRECTION”

It also keeps staff busy, since the old system required staff to verify the scans, so that the system could learn from its mistakes, nothing has changed, every time a prisoner is ordered by mother to stand on a footprint authentication panel, the system identifies them almost immediately.

However, you have to remain standing on the panel, while a live video image, along with your footprint data and personal information appears on a screen in front of a staff member in the control room.

They usually just sit there and watch the soles of your feet on the glass as your feet get sweaty because of the heat that is generated by the electronics that are hidden behind a two way mirror approximately 4 inches beneath your feet, before releasing you.

Of course, that last part is just a rumor, believed by the prisoners who often have to stand on the panels far longer than they would like.

I bring it up, because its the number one source of my punishment points, if you lift your foot off the panel for more than a few seconds, Mother gives you a punishment point for every incidence.  The longer you are standing on the panel the more incidences you have.

Almost all of my current punishment points are from footprint authentication violations, because I had to stand on the panel for hours every time I went to the main building and had to wait on a panel for hours, for an escort to arrive and take me back to the punishment cells.

There are no footprint authentication panels in the old building, where the punishment cells are located, so they have to do it the cave man way and someone has to come get you from the hold building and drag you back to the torture building…

It got worse when I started mandatory labor, because I was standing on that panel for hours, every single day.  Its very hard to stand barefoot on a glass panel that heats up to the point that your feet are sweating.

Even though you try to be quick, lifting one foot for a rest from the heat and the weight of your body, to give the sole of your foot a quick rub, 3 seconds just isnt enough time.  So you end up standing there, looking down at your shackled filthy bare feet, with your sweaty black footprints being left along with the footprints of previous prisoners on the glass.

As you can see the soles of your filthy bare feet as they become shiny and deep red color begins to appear through the black stain along your footprints, as your feet heat up and you get very sore from standing in one place for hours on end.

Prisoners refer to this long term standing on footprint authentication panels as Standing Detention and its not just prisoners being transported back to the punishment cells, it happens to prisoners every single day.

Make me wonder if there is some kind of conspiracy to use up negative punishment points in the prison, since if you only have a few incidences, its easy to wipe them out with negs, rather than have them add up to a real punishment.

Some prisoners believe that the staff place bets on prisoners while in standing detention to see how long they can go without a violation and then kept longer to bet on how many violations that they will get in the first couple hours.

Some believe that the staff are just bored or want to flex their power over the prisoners in the only way they can, since they are not allowed in the prison blocks, due to past abuses, the only way they can control us and hold power over us is through standing detention.

While some believes its just a handful of sadistic staff members who just get off on watching the soles of our feet pressed tightly against the glass as our feet get red and sore and they get pleasure from watching us squirm with the satisfaction of knowing that they own us in that moment.

There is a disproportionate amount of female prisoners who go through standing detention as well, so there may be something to it, being that its more likely that male staff are torturing female prisoners.

EMAIL

Well, as you can tell, its been a long time since I was able to write about my life in here and while I cant talk about anything new, while under embargo, I am more than happy to talk about the last 3 months in Consolidated Confinement and my current feelings…

So, I very much welcome you to email me privately, I am willing to give detail of my life in consolidated confinement, just let me know how clean you want the response, because it can get pretty raunchy, fair warning.

Not every male prisoner in the consolidated confinement cells is straight…  In fact some of my best friends are gay, which is probably why I let my guard down further than I would have otherwise…

Anyway, ShackledBareFeet@hotmail.com

I am so happy that this is finally starting to move forward, I am so close to being able to do the vlog, its just up to the prison board now.  I am sure there will be a million rules that I will have to follow and they will have to lay down the law before I can start shooting.

Comments answered… New Q&A!

I answered comments on here, answered emails and comments on youtube. My fingers are tired now…

But I have had a lot of questions and I think we need another Q&A from Six. Rather than have him talk for 3 more hours, and then me having to edit all day afterwards.

I think it would be best if you ask your questions on THIS POST… I will read the questions to him on my next call and answer them with text here.

That way I can take all his blathering and tangents and make them simple direct answers. 😉

I have a feeling that the Q&As are going to become very popular as his place in the prison changes over the next few months.

Paperwork for upgrade

I am expecting the paperwork to upgrade Six’s imprisonment to the lower level luxury cell and doom him to restricted status for the rest of his imprisonment. Its supposed to be here tomorrow and I have already taken tomorrow off and arranged for a meeting with a notary public, to have the papers notarized.

I am a bit nervous about it, since its going to cost us more and the whole restricted status is going to make him very uncomfortable and once signed there is no going back. Once they put him in that cell, we cant change the contract again.

I am off today and as usual, when i get nervous about stuff, I turn to you, his fans. So I am going to be answering all the comments and emails throughout the day.

Sorry for neglecting you. I will try to answer all your questions today.

If you have any further questions, comment to this post and I will try to answer them as well.

Luxury Cell it is…

I was just informed by my contact at Facility 5 that they are converting an entire floor into plural imprisonment.

Apparently they perform prisoner evaluations on a regular basis, both mental and physical and part of that evaluation if to create a happiness index and supposedly the happiness index went up by 8%, nearly all coming from prisoners in the plural cells.

So I guess, because of the over crowding, this new happiness index and probably because they make more money, they are going to be converting an entire floor to plural imprisonment.

As regular cells come available elsewhere in the prison, they will be moving regular prisoners from that floor to the available cells elsewhere and they plan to convert all the new plural cells into luxury cells with all the nice bits and adding 2 more bunks to house 4 prisoners in a nice cell.

I have been given 3 options, move Six to plural imprisonment and triple his sentence in a quad cell with a rebate, upgrade him to a luxury cell or keep him in consolidated confinement, for the next several years…

They gave me this information before my call with him on the 23rd and we decided that because of our personal contract, the only option here is to upgrade him. I was already leaning towards that option, with the lower level luxury cell, so it looks like its going to happen.

I am working with my contact to reduce the cost as much as possible, which means he will remain on restricted level while in the new cell, its not going to be the most comfortable solution for Six, but its the only way we will be able to afford the upgrade.

I was told that he would be placed on restricted status immediately, which comes with mandatory prison labor, so he will be starting that labor shift within the next few days.

Once they work out the numbers, they will mail the new contract for me to sign. Its not certain that he will get the next available luxury cell, but I have been promised that there are other luxury cells coming available next month.

He wanted to do an update on this last call, but I want him to wait until we get all the details in order.

Dont get too excited about the vlog, they informed me that he would have to work out the logistics of that with the prison board and that will probably be at least a month before he gets a hearing and it may require multiple hearings.

He will of course be able to update by phone like he has been, but it may be a while before you can see him in his cell… However, I will have immediate access to the camera in his cell, so I will get to see him and I am really looking forward to that.

I am under strict NDA, so I wont be able to show images from that live stream, unfortunately.

Deteriorating Cell Conditions

I spoke with Six a few days ago and he says that the cells are getting humid again and he begged me for just about the entire call to either put him in plural imprisonment or upgrade him to a luxury cell.

I told him over and over that neither options would work and he wouldnt take no for an answer…

I had to threaten him with time in the dungeon, since I have that power and he stopped, but apparently he isnt happy with his situation anymore as he said the cell they pulled him out of was pretty muddy.

He says that he expects it to get worse.

I emailed my contact at Facility 5 and they are planning on using dehumidifiers down there, but Six believes that it will take them forever to actually do it and its already to the point where there feet are muddy 24 hours a day right now.

I dont want him to have to suffer through that again, but I cant downgrade him to plural imprisonment, because he wont be able to do the vlog from that cell…

I cant upgrade him, because it would reduce his sentence and make it too expensive to keep him locked up long enough to get permission and do the vlog.

There is a lower level luxury cell coming available next month, its a little cheaper because its underground and doesnt have a window.

I have been giving it some thought, I might try to work a deal with Facility 5 to get a lower price on the luxury cell that is coming available.

I am just worried that if I dont get him out of consolidated confinement, he will probably be in there for several more months and he has already been chained up like that for 70 days, now with the humidity problem coming back, it sounds pretty miserable.

Also, many of his friends have been taking PPV to escape the poor conditions, so he never sees them anymore.

I told him that if Facility 5 will give me the lower level luxury cell for 50% over the cost of a regular cell, that I will take it. The problem is that its currently set to 3 times the cost of a regular cell, so I doubt they will cut the price in half.

I told him he had to stay in consolidated confinement for a minimum of 90 days before I would even consider an upgrade, but as you can see, I am considering it now. I dont want to miss out on the lower level cell.

They have status levels in the prison, which determine benefits and privileges for prisoners. Six mentioned that if I negotiate with having him go in to the new cell with a lower status level, they might be willing to go lower on the price.

They use these levels as up sales, so the levels are worth something in the prison and if he can go into the cell with a level 0 or level 1, maybe we can get the price down.

Even though I told him no more than 50%, if they offer a cell for 2 times the cost, it will reduce the 1 year sentence that we have already paid for to only 6 months.

I have to admit, I have some personal incentive here, having him back home sooner makes me happy and as long as he can do the vlog in that time, it should be fine. I think he can get permission and do the vlog with 6 months plus the additional 3 months on administrative extension.

I hate doing this, because I promised him that I would do everything in my power to keep him locked up for as long as possible… But he sounded really desperate and I feel bad for him.

On the other hand, maybe facility 5 will fix the humidity problem and I am just being stupid for trying to get him out, maybe I should just let him stay in consolidated confinement until a regular cell comes available, no matter how long it takes.

Q & A Wednesday

I will be getting my call from Six on Wednesday this week, so if you have questions for him, comment here or you can email private questions to ShackledBareFeet@hotmail.com.

I have gotten a few questions there already, I have decided that rather than type his responses to email or here, I will record the call and make another video with his verbal responses.

So, if you have any questions about what its like to be locked up on consolidated confinement, now is the time.
